Leadership Applied Professional Development II (LAPD II)

Remember:

Just twelve minutes in front of the right audience can be worth more than a whole year behind your PC or desk.

Every problem requires both the solution and the communication of the solution. Solve problems for profit for your organization and your customers by creating a presentation uniquely designed for communicating solutions.

Here is the seminar outline for LAPD II:


i. Review the 5-Step Decision Making Process.
ii. Review ESI Missions.
iii. The Decision Briefing Format for recommending solutions.

 

  1. Analyze the situation or decision needed to accomplish the requirement.
  2. Gather your F.A.C.Ts and create recommended solutions.
  3. Construct the presentation and create a BLUF (bottom line up front).
  4. Rehearse the presentation in front of colleagues and friends.
  5. Deliver the presentation and start all over again.
